Volume Data CORRECTION

In section 3.6 Transaction and Volume Information it states: "Case and less than case picks are not additive to reach total cases, but do reflect pick actions." However, in the data; "Case Picks Per Annum" + " Less than Case Picks Per Annum” DO equal “Cases Processed”. Are LT Case Picks equivalent to cases or picks?

What is the month to month volume variation? Or is monthly volume = annual volume divided by 12?

1. Equivalent to Picks

2. Monthly volume is NOT one years volume divided by 12 but that our peak season is from September to December and these 4 months are 40% greater volume shipping on average as compared to the other months of the year.
